Troubleshooting Chart

Symptoms
Actions (click links for more info)
No video or scrambled video.

Check PAL / NTSC setting.
Check cable connections (see User Guide).
Moving objects look blurry. Turn on the "Anti-Blur" option.
USB flash drive does not work.

Delete all preloaded files from the drive.
Format the drive.*
Try a MediCapture brand drive.
Cannot insert USB flash drive in front panel. Open the USB connector cover.
Videos will not play on computer (USB200). Install an add-on to Windows Media Player or
Install an alternative media player.

* CAUTION: Formatting a flash drive erases ALL files on the drive. Backup all files on the
   drive to your computer before formatting.
