How To Register the Windows Media Player Add-On

After you install the Windows Media Player add-on that is included with your MediCap USB300, you must register it (or it will stop working in a few days). The registration is free because MediCapture has paid the licensing fee on your behalf. To register, use this procedure:

1. Send an email to register@medicapture.com

2. In the Subject line of the email, enter the words:
                REGISTRATION REQUEST FOR USB300 HD ADD-ON

3. In the body of the email, enter the following:
     i) Your Name
     ii) Your Company Name
     iii) The Company Name of the Dealer where you purchased your USB300.

We'll send you an email with your complimentary registration code and instructions. The email should arrive within two business days. Please check your spam folder and please include "medicapture.com" in the list of addresses you allow through your spam filter.
