Q. Who do I contact if I'm having trouble using my MediCap or an accessory?

A. If you're having problems using your MediCap or an accessory, please check our Online Technical Support page which includes Frequently Asked Questions and contact information.

Q. How do I check the status of an order?

A. To check on the status of an existing order, please go to the Order Status page and enter your email address and the last four digits of your credit card.

Q. Will I be charged for sales tax?

A. Residents of Pennsylvania and Pinellas County, Florida, are charged sales tax. Residents in other areas are not charged sales tax.

Q. Does MediCapture sell products outstide the U.S.?

A. Yes, however, only U.S. residents can order from the online shop. If you live outside the U.S., please contact us at 503-445-6935 (U.S.), or send us an email at sales @ medicapture.com.

Q. How do I purchase a MediCap digital video recorder?

A. The online store sells accessories only (flash drives, footswitches, etc.). If you would like to purchase a MediCap USB300, USB200 or USB170, please contact us at 888-992-7887 or
